I hope this letter finds you and your family well and in a good mood. We write to you today to celebrate the successful opening day and the start of the new school year at iHELP ACADEMY with great excitement and joy.

Our opening day was nothing short of exceptional. The energy and excitement that filled our hallways were solid, and it was truly heartwarming to see our students return to school with smiles, ready to embark on another year of learning and growth. The positive energy generated by our dedicated staff, eager students, and supportive families has set the stage for a remarkable academic journey ahead.

We want to sincerely thank every one of you for giving us the honor of raising and educating your children. We take this duty very seriously and are dedicated to giving every child a secure, welcoming, and stimulating environment in which they can flourish. 

Our committed staff and educators are ready to lead your child's educational journey as we begin the new school year. 

We have taken great care in crafting our curriculum to encourage critical thinking, creativity, and intellectual curiosity. Additionally, we have put in place a number of safety precautions to guarantee the health and welfare of our employees and students. 

We encourage you to continue being involved in your child's education by engaging with our school community, attending parent-teacher conferences, emailing your child's teachers, and supporting your child's education at home. We can work together to build a solid alliance that will significantly advance your child's development.

Additionally, with regard to your children's school fees, we respectfully ask for your consideration and quick action. In order for our educational institution to run smoothly and for your children's education to remain of high quality, payment of school fees is essential.

By making on-time school fee payments, you help create a supportive atmosphere where your kids can flourish both academically and socially. On-time payment enables us to keep up first-rate facilities, employ skilled educators, supply essential materials, and plan stimulating extracurricular activities.

Your dedication to paying your debts shows how much you care about your child's education and contributes to the success of our school community as a whole.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage open communication with our administration if you require any assistance or alternative arrangements.

To prevent any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you pay the outstanding fees as soon as possible. For any questions or help with installment plans, payment methods, or uncredited payments, please get in touch with our school's financial department.

(B) All feeding and transportation fees must be paid via MTN MOMO.

(D) Online payment (MOMO, CREDIT CARD, BANK TRANSFER, etc.) is available via the student portal. 

Please note that the school does not accept or permit cash payments, and parents are required to verify payments made through a third party to ensure their satisfaction.

PAYMENT PLAN

Every month, at least 35% of the total cost of the school fees must be paid.

Every week, the minimum amount of the feeding and transportation fees must be paid. 

NOTE: As a penalty for late payments, the student will be sacked if they are unable to make payments on time.

 One week after reopening, all students who have unpaid fees from the previous term must pay them.
