To complete your application to iHelp Academy, follow these step-by-step instructions on the Online Admission Portal.
 
Step 1: Access the Admission Form
  • Visit the official iHelp Academy Admission Page.
  • Select the Class your child is entering (options range from Creche to JHS).
 
Step 2: Enter Basic Student Details
Fill out the following mandatory fields:
  • Personal Info: First name, last name, gender, and date of birth.
  • Contact Info: Mobile number and a valid email address.
  • Additional Details: Religion, blood group, and your assigned House (e.g., Unity, Empathy, Respect, Peace, or Harmony).
 
Step 3: Provide Identification & Previous Records
  • Identification: Enter the student's National Identification Number (Ghana Card) and any relevant local ID numbers.
  • Previous Schooling: Provide details of the student's last attended institution.
 
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
You must upload digital copies of the following:
  • Student Photo: A recent passport-size photograph with a white background.
  • Supporting Documents: Birth certificate and previous school terminal reports.
  • Pro-tip: If you have multiple documents, compress them into a single file before uploading to avoid errors.
 
Step 5: Submit and Track Status
  • Click Submit to finalize the application.
  • Check Form Status: You can return to the Admission Page later to track your progress by entering your Reference Number and Date of Birth in the "Check Your Form Status" section.
 
Step 6: Follow-up and Payment
  • Once accepted, you will need to log into the Student Portal to manage fees.
  • All payments (admission fees, tuition, etc.) must be made via Mobile Money (MOMO), bank transfer, or credit card, as the school operates on a cashless basis.
